Enjoyed my really really nice stay of three nights. The staff was attentive and respectful, the breakfast offered was above average with lots of food.

Great choice for weekend. The pool was great and I had cold drinks in the poolside bar. Its location was central, 200 metres from Museum of Religious Art Taxco.

Had a very comfortable stay of three nights, everything was great. Incredible and favourable location, within walking distance of Santa Prisca Church. The American breakfast was tasty and served in the restaurant.

Fairly clean place, lovely rooms, welcoming staff.

The staff was amicable, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a busy part of the city so close to the principal church and a jewerly of the XVI century, restaurants and the centre.

Wi-Fi was bad; very ordinary breakfast, a little disappointed.

The place is exceptional and fairly clean, everything is very clean, it should have higher than 4 star rating.

Useful staff, great service, newly remodelled and generous-sized rooms. Our room had a nice bed and an absolutely superb view. We got healthy fresh bread, yogurt, pastries and cheese for breakfast. Very convenience location, close to Aurea.

I had a real good stay. Every detail was good : staff and location. Best possible location with a bus stop walking distance to the hotel. I loved having a safe box and an electronic key card.

We loved an ideal location, decent size rooms and kind staff. Huge suite and comfortable enough bed. The breakfast was exceptional and all food was absolutely delicious. There was a superb restaurant, stores and a market next door. Fine stay in an enchanting hotel.

Liked how serene the property was. Staff were all supportive and responsive. Its pool was brilliant, we chilled out there when it was fine outside.

all in all, it was fabulous base for travelling to taxco de alarcon. yoghourt, slices of fresh bread, pastries and cheese were a stand out.

We loved every detail about our really nice stay here during 4 nights. Walking distance to the shops and a central market across the street. The restaurant was magnificent with splendid food and service. Service was impeccable as we had expected...

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Wanted to explore Taxco de Alarcon and this hotel was great base for doing it. The venue had terrace. Thoroughly enjoyed their on-site restaurant LA HACIENDA, it was good. It offers reasonable prices.

staff was great, location perfect, bed comfortable. the place is 0.1 miles away from taxco de alarcon downtown. a private parking was available nearby, fantastic services.

We enjoyed views and drinks in this hotel, it was suitable for us. Everyone was helpful. The pool area was lovely too. A great bar does the trick.

The street was usually noisy.
